Electrophoresis... Agarose 0,9%... UV light... Brometo de Et�deo... from the negative pole to the positive pole... DNA has negative charges because of the desoxiribose... Bigger chains migrate slower... We are just a bit of DNA aren't we? Posted by Picasa
